Joe is the author of 3 books on AI:
He advises several institutions on AI and has delivered dozens of courses and online sessions on AI in the past 2 years.
Joe trains many clients, including corporates, SMEs, non-profits, the Irish Defence Forces, & all Irish government departments in project management & business communications.
Joe is an Assistant Professor at the world-renowned UCD Smurfit Graduate School of Business, where he co-created and has since 2005 run the 2 MSc programmes in Project Management as well as teaching on many other programmes.
He is the author of Project Management textbook “Project Management made easy...: the ECCSR approach“.
Joe regularly trains staff and management teams for many non-profits, SMEs, and corporate clients in Risk management.
He also facilitates Risk training sessions for The Wheel every year.
Joe is a certified UDL Facilitator and has studied UDL at Harvard, and UCD in Dublin.
He has been a UDL Fellow at University College Dublin and written on UDL for Wiley and in his own book “Applying Artificial Intelligence to Close the Accessibility Gap: A practical handbook for educators & students“.

Rates
Basic
My basic day rate is €1,000 per day, or €500 for a half-day. This rate applies for courses up to 15 participants. If there will be more participants than this we can discuss the course pricing on a roughly pro-rata basis.
Reduced rates can be discussed for charities and non-profits.
Courses that are already prepared can be delivered with just the delivery time built into the price, so there is no preparation time to add.
Tailored
All my courses can be tailored to suit the specific needs of your audience.
If this approach is adopted, we will normally have an initial free half-hour discussion to outline the needs from the training or consultancy engagement, and to map out a discovery process to include learning about your needs, preparing the materials and then delivering the training or consultancy.
I will prepare a formal proposal document, and we will agree a cost for preparation and delivery broken down into day or half-day amounts. Payment is after delivery, within 30 days.
My company
My company is Zuben Ltd, and I am registered for VAT (IE9842954N) and hold full public liability cover and tax clearance.
I invoice through Fenero who provide accounting services to contractors and businesses.
